He has taught math, biology, Swahili, and cultural development. The focus of his mission is community development, cultural restoration, and developing the keys to human excellence. For 25 years, he has conducted life and business planning sessions for individuals and organizations interested in achieving their personal, professional and business goals.

Upon completing undergraduate studies, he returned to Africa and lived in Kenya for 3 years. He lived in Murang'a, Kenya. He has traveled to 10 countries. He speaks Kiswahili and Kikuyu. Because of his experience in Africa, his knowledge and command of culture expanded exponentially.
